The Creative Life Center offers a 650 Sq ft room that seats 50+ and is ideal for workshops, groups or performance events. The Center is in a converted home in Montrose with ample onsite and street parking. Renters may use the large beautifully landscaped courtyard and large updated kitchen.

Rates
Hourly	$20 per hour
Monday – Friday Evening Rental	$60 or $45 for ongoing rental
Weekend Rental	$100 per day for Saturday and Sunday ($125 for just Saturday or Sunday)
