Create Your Life Visions Meditation with Bob Beare This class uses a combination of visualization, breathing, writing and drawing to create our lives with intention.

Voice Yoga with Stan Cutherell Connect with the ancient tradition of waking up to the sound and power of human voices. Start your day with stretching and sound exercises such as toning and body drumming to energize your body and quiet your mind. Harness your vibrational energy to create a relaxed, harmonious and purpose-driven life.

Ba Kua with Jimmy Pennington uses the circle to bring harmony and grounding with earth and heavenly energies.

Anusara Inspired Yoga with Nancy Sorenson
is a heart-felt hatha yoga practice linking body, mind and spirit celebrating our innate goodness. Breathing techniques combined with principles of alignment for the inner and out body and balanced energetic action create noticable revitalization in every practice session.

Hatha Yoga with Waverly Evans This Yoga class will be a balanced blend of poses for overall strength and flexibility - for the beginner and those with experience. You will focus on your breath and practice listening to your body first. Enjoy feeling relaxed and renewed afterwards, like a new person.

Flow Yoga with Sharon Huges An intelligently sequenced flow of yoga postures in which slow movement is coordinated with the breath in order to connect the mind, body and spirit.

Package 2: $100 (10 classes)
Students may attend any class within the package (the packages are not instructor specific).
